What is Disaster Risk Reduction?
Disaster Risk Reduction was introduced in the Philippines in the year 2009 as a Republic Act 10121. It was put into action the next year. The Disaster Risk Reduction is a system that deals with preparing the country for disasters. It manages and organizes how the knowledge would be taught throughout the country.
